Absolutely thrilled! First time ever my scalp was not irritated, colour is vibrant and not fading like my old routine did. Complete grey coverage, couldn’t be happier.

Colour came out a little darker than expected, but still looks good. You send too many emails, however.

The best at home colour system I've ever used. The first one that Actually covers all my grey/white hair! Even when I went to the hair salon there was always a couple of hairs at the front that hairdressers would say, sorry those hairs won't take colour.... with your fantastic product I don't have this issue! I always use the stronger developer, maybe that helps! I also find the scalp and front of face staining is so very minimal. Thankyou for making a hair colouring product that Actually works!

Hair colour was great, had some highlights so isn't a completely flat colour. Covered greys well and has continued to hold up well for weeks now

Bought the medium ash blonde colour in permanent love the colour, I’ve also had it in for a few weeks now and no greys popping through as yet usually I get them after two weeks so it’s doing a great job with keeping them at bay, will be buying more when it’s time to touch up. Very happy with this product and how natural the ingredients are 😍

Well, this is a relief. After recently getting my own place, I had to cancel my regular appointments with my hairdresser :( I decided to give The Shade a try and I'm so happy with it. Amazing product! Although it's twice the price as a supermarket colour, it's much easier to apply and smells nice, not stinking of chemicals! Seems to last twice as long too, so works out cheaper in my book. Now my niece is a subscriber too. 😁

Since using The Shade I no longer suffer from scalp issues such as rashes, burning or itchy scalp. At my age, 70, I need to colour the roots frequently which wasn't possible with other products due to my scalp sensitivity. I love the colour, dark ash, and find it soft and flattering and a good transition from the darker shades I used to use. I don't wish to add a photo but thanks for your lovely product.

It's been many years since I've coloured my own hair but after tiring of the amount of time and money I was spending on salon colours I decided to give The Shade a go. I'm so glad I did! Living in a regional area means it's extra convenient having it delivered so smoothly and well packaged.
